Wisdom From The Wild

Connect – Explore – Learn – Grow

“Through experiential learning with horses, we are empowered to grow as individuals and develop a wide range of life and leadership skills”

The horses are the teachers, while facilitators are there for general guidance. You will work with your horse and team through a series of non-mounted exercises, challenging you to observe and engage in new ways, as you work towards a specific goal.

We don’t tell you what to do. The horse tell you everything you need to know. Hearing it, is up to you.

This is a truly unique opportunity to experience a leadership and life-skills development series designed to spark new insights on your own journey of self-discovery.

Horses cannot lie
and do not judge

Horses are very much like humans, social animals living within a community – a herd. Working with horses requires participants to make a connection, form relationships based on trust, and clearly communicate, much like with humans.

Weekly programs use practical and challenging exercises to gain new perspectives in communication and teamwork.

  • Mind-body connection

  • Building relationships

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Develop communication skills

  • Recognizing boundaries

  • Improve problem solving

  • Building trust with peers

  • Confidence and leadership skills

Your horse will help you see that real change comes when you find the answers for yourself!

 Program Details

Each week a topic is clearly defined in a group briefing, followed by hands-on exercises with the horses in the arena. Each session is capped with a group de-briefing, where the observations and experiences in the arena are discussed, explored, and paralleled to everyday life.
